Are the hotel prices per room or per person?
The prices shown on the Special Offers page and in the Online Booking System are per room, per night.
Do you offer special rates for online bookings?
Nerva guarantees advantageous and competitive rates for those who book directly from our site.

Access to facilities
Access to your rooms is via an access code – provided during check-in
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2.00pm to 6.00pm;
Check-out is until 10am.
After 6:00 pm check-in is only possible by appointment and in case of arrival after 9:00 pm a surcharge of €50.00 per room will be applied. In case of arrival after 23:00 a surcharge of € 100.00 will be applied.
TOURIST TAX
Rates exclude the tourist tax (6 euro/person/night – 1st Category rooms; 5 euro/person/night – 2nd Category rooms)
TRANSPORT & SHUTTLE
We will be happy to organize and inform you of the cost of our “Shuttle service”.

LUGGAGE STORAGE
You can use a luggage storage space, completely free of charge, located on the reception floor. We kindly ask you to notify us one day before check out.
LINEN PROVIDED AND ROOM CLEANING
In all the facilities, apartments and rooms of Nerva Accommodation, sanitization is carried out at every change of clientele, the cleaning and tidying of the roomsapartments takes place every day and the change of linen (sheets plus towels) is carried out every 3 nights.
DAMAGE, GROSS, LOSS OF KEYS
In case of damage or defacement of the building or inventory, the damage caused is paid by the person who caused it. Payments of this type must be made immediately in cash or credit card.
Do you offer WI-FI connection?
Yes, we have free wireless Internet throughout the hotel.
Is it possible to leave luggage at the property upon departure?
Of course, on the day of departure, you can leave your bags at the reception and pick them up later.
Do you have parking?
No, the hotel is located in a restricted traffic area so it is possible to park:
- in a private paid garage near the hotel
- in a paid parking lot outside the city walls
